I look very sporty. Here's a fun fact:

I only got my fiitness trainer B license and pilates instructor's certificate when I was 42, and before that I always described myself as unathletic. If I can start late, you can, too!

Benefit from me as a fascia trainer...

If you want to be and remain flexible, vital and pain-free, it is important to train your muscular connective tissue (=fascia). First of all: every movement is fascia training!        Your fascial system fulfills several functions: it transmits the power of the muscles, communicates with the nervous system, enables the exchange of substances between your organs and protects them. Just a few minutes of training per week can relieve pain or movement problems caused by stuck fascia. How?

Do you know them, too?

Confusing, right?

Vegan, vegetarian, carnivore, whole-food plant-based, or peace food?

Numerous myths about diets, nutrition & fasting?

"Anything that feels like a diet,

will not work in the long term!"

Much more important are these 5 questions

in this order:

1. When

2. How

3. In what order

4. What

5. How much
